Return Policy

1. The return request must be submitted within a period not exceeding one day from the time of receiving the order, provided that there is a defect or fault in the product.
2. No return fees will be charged if the reason for the return is a defect in the product or it is different from the specifications.
3. The recalled product must be in the same original condition with all its packaging (plastic, packaging...etc.) and without any use.
4. The product must be returned to the same address it was received from, maintaining the same protection and packaging method.





How to return or exchange a product
1. Contact us via notifications and submit a return or exchange request with a customer service representative providing the required information.
2. The reason for the return will be verified through photos, and depending on the condition of the product, the request will be accepted or rejected.
3. Once approved, a shipping company will be dispatched to pick up the product, and we will contact you to set a pickup date.
4. After receiving the product and checking its integrity, the amount paid will be refunded via bank transfer.
* The customer bears the shipping fees in case of return and exchange unless there is a defect in the product;
5. In case of replacement, the new product will be shipped after receiving the replacement product and confirming its condition.
